We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Pre-Sales Engineer to join the team at Accent Micro Technologies, Inc.. Based in the bustling hub of Pasig City, Metro Manila, this role is instrumental in bridging the gap between our complex technical solutions and our clients' business needs. You will be responsible for driving the product positioning strategy and providing critical technical input to support our aggressive sales initiatives.
As the face of our technical expertise, you will work closely with the sales team to understand client pain points and demonstrate how our solutions provide tangible value. This involves creating compelling technical presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and developing detailed technical proposals for Requests for Proposals (RFPs). Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to translate complex client business requirements into robust technical solutions and architectures.
- Conduct product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) tests to showcase the unique capabilities and benefits of Accent Micro’s technology stack.
- Develop and deliver high-quality technical presentations and sales decks tailored to diverse audiences, ranging from C-level executives to technical stakeholders.
- Prepare and author detailed technical proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses to support the closing of high-value deals.
- Act as the primary technical liaison during the sales cycle, answering complex technical questions and addressing client objections with confidence.
- Provide constructive feedback to the product management team based on market trends, competitor analysis, and direct customer insights.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry standards, and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Pre-Sales Engineer, Solution Architect, or Technical Sales role.
- Strong technical understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), networking protocols, or enterprise software integration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach to driving sales success.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and technical workshops when necessary.
