PBA Group is seeking a dynamic and technically-proficient Pre-Sales Engineer to join our innovative team in Yishun. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions with prospective clients to identify core business challenges and technical requirements.
- Design and architect bespoke engineering and automation solutions tailored to client needs.
- Conduct professional technical presentations and high-impact product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to prepare accurate and compelling technical proposals, RFQs, and RFPs.
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers throughout the pre-sales lifecycle, addressing all engineering inquiries and concerns.
- Act as a liaison between the client and the internal R&D/Engineering teams to ensure solution feasibility and successful project handovers.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related Information & Communication Technology field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical consulting, or application engineering role.
- Strong understanding of robotics, automation systems, or industrial ICT solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of supporting successful sales cycles and building strong customer relationships.
- Proficiency in CAD software and technical documentation is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
