Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored technical solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical evaluations for prospective clients
- Create compelling technical proposals, architecture diagrams, and solution documentation
- Deliver high-impact technical presentations to C-level executives and technical stakeholders
- Perform competitive analysis and market research to position solutions effectively
- Coordinate with R&D teams to address technical gaps and customize solutions
- Develop and maintain technical training materials for internal and external audiences
- Provide post-sales technical handover to ensure seamless implementation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solutions engineering roles
- Strong expertise in networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., CCNA, AWS, Azure, CompTIA Security+)
- Exceptional presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- Proficiency in proposal writing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales methodologies
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
