You will lead deep-dive sessions with prospective customers, analyzing their current infrastructure, identifying pain points, and designing future-proof solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals and respond to RFIs/RFPs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to potential clients.
- Analyze customer infrastructure and business requirements to recommend optimal system solutions.
- Provide detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and specifications.
- Work closely with the R&D and engineering teams to resolve technical inquiries.
- Identify and qualify leads by understanding client pain points and technical needs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitor products.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Pre-Sales Engineer, Systems Engineer, or Technical Sales Engineer.
- Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel to client sites for demonstrations and meetings.
- Relevant technical certifications are a plus.
