As a Pre-Sales Representative, you will work closely with retail partners to ensure product availability, visibility, and optimal shelf placement. You will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail accounts to ensure consistent brand loyalty.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor stock levels, product placement, and promotional displays.
- Identify and secure new retail outlets to expand the company's distribution footprint.
- Execute strategic sales plans to drive volume and achieve individual and team-based targets.
- Coordinate with internal logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders to retail outlets.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to management.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility at the point of sale.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, field merchandising, or retail operations.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage a territory effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within the Cebu region as required by the role.
