- Act as primary technical liaison for clients, providing responsive support and solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years in pre-sales, technical support, or customer-facing technical role
- Strong proficiency in technical troubleshooting and solution architecture
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Proven track record in customer relationship management
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA) preferred
