Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed technical consultations with clients to understand their display requirements and business objectives
- Design and propose customized LED screen solutions that align with client specifications and budget constraints
- Prepare technical documentation including system architecture diagrams, Bill of Materials, and implementation plans
- Lead product demonstrations and technical presentations to showcase the capabilities of our LED display solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop compelling proposals and technical justifications for our solutions
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies in LED displays and audiovisual systems
- Provide post-sales technical support during implementation and system integration phases
- Coordinate with internal teams including engineering, project management, and customer support to ensure seamless delivery of solutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pre-sales technical support or solution engineering in the AV or display industry
- Strong technical knowledge of LED display technologies, including installation methods, calibration, and maintenance
- Experience with audiovisual systems integration, including control systems, signal processing, and content management
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business benefits
- Proficiency in technical documentation tools and proposal generation software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-focused mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and site visits
