Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement creative, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages student engagement and curiosity.
- Observe and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to parents regarding developmental milestones.
- Facilitate activities that promote social-emotional learning, fine motor skills, and cognitive development.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and administration to improve teaching methodologies and school programs.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement techniques.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development training sessions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an early childhood or kindergarten setting.
- Strong command of both Indonesian and English is highly preferred.
- Genuine passion for working with children and understanding of developmental psychology.
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create engaging, hands-on learning materials.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage daily classroom routines.
