- Monitor and coordinate the development timeline for localized automotive components
- Conduct regular quality audits of supplier processes and localized parts
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure technical compliance of localized parts
- Prepare comprehensive progress reports on localization projects and milestones
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through strategic parts localization initiatives
- Maintain documentation of quality standards and compliance procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field)
- Minimum 2 years experience in automotive manufacturing or parts localization
- Proficiency in quality management systems and Quality Guidebook standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and process optimization
- Experience in supplier development and quality assurance protocols
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
