Tanggung Jawab
- Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills/lathes, EDM machines, wire cut equipment, and surface grinders
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precision tolerances
- Perform quality inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM) to validate dimensions
- Optimize machining processes to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and meet production targets
- Document production activities, maintain equipment logs, and adhere to ISO safety standards
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot machining challenges and implement solutions
- Train junior machinists on equipment operation and best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Machining, or equivalent technical certification
- Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with CNC, EDM, wire cut, and surface grinding operations
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings and GD&T specifications
- Expertise in programming and operating Haas, Fanuc, or Siemens CNC controls
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems and precision measurement techniques
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing machining defects and process optimization
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high safety standards
