Tanggung Jawab
- Set up and operate CNC Milling machines in accordance with program tool lists and setup sheets.
- Perform first article inspection and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments (e.g., micrometers, calipers, CMM).
- Interpret and understand technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T symbols to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Select optimal cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and coolants for various materials.
- Conduct routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with the programming team to provide feedback for process improvements.
- Maintain accurate production records and adhere to all safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in CNC Milling operations.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with Fanuc / Mitsubishi / Mazak controls is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of CAM software (Mastercam / UG NX) is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of cutting tool geometries and machining parameters.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality consciousness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
