We are hiring for multiple specialized roles including Process Engineer, QA Technician, Grinder, and Machinist. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, optimize, and document manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Perform rigorous quality inspections using precision measurement tools to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Set up, operate, and maintain industrial grinding and machining equipment to meet production deadlines.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot mechanical issues to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production bottlenecks and quality issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in accordance with industry safety standards.
- Generate production reports and update documentation related to process changes or quality audits.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Nitec/Higher Nitec in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a precision manufacturing environment (specific to the role applied for).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with CNC machines, surface grinders, or manual milling/turning equipment.
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail for quality assurance tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute effectively within a team-oriented culture.
- Familiarity with ISO quality management systems and workplace safety protocols.
