Tanggung Jawab
- Design, fabricate, and maintain precision tooling and dies to support manufacturing processes
- Diagnose and troubleshoot tooling issues to minimize downtime and ensure production targets are met
- Implement quality control measures to ensure all tooling meets specifications and tolerances
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize tooling performance and efficiency
- Document tooling designs, modifications, and maintenance procedures for future reference
- Stay updated with the latest tooling technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Tool & Die Making, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in precision tooling and die design/manufacturing
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.)
- Strong understanding of machining processes and material properties
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
