Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact sensitively with grieving families
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Previous experience in customer service, event coordination, or a related service-oriented role is preferred
  • Proficiency in using office software and CRM systems to manage client information and service records
