Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with a portfolio of premium clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive revenue growth and expand service utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving complex issues with professionalism and urgency.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling premium service offerings.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and operations teams to align service delivery with brand standards.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge in the Sabah region.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for senior management.
- Participate in high-level networking events to represent Mega Express Sdn Bhd and identify new business prospects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in account management, sales, or luxury brand client services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay (proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage).
- Strong understanding of hospitality dynamics and premium customer service standards.
- Proven ability to negotiate and influence decision-makers at various organizational levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel within the Kota Kinabalu region as required.
