- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for premium accounts with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention.
- Document all customer interactions and account details accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- High school graduate or Bachelor’s degree holder is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet performance targets.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Willingness to be trained on specific premium account protocols.
- Open to fresh graduates and experienced professionals.
