Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls and emails from cable subscribers regarding service inquiries, billing, and technical issues
- Provide accurate information about service plans, pricing, and promotions
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems related to cable TV and internet services
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or supervisors
- Document all interactions in the CRM system
- Achieve performance targets for call handling time, quality, and customer feedback
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product changes
Kualifikasi
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; college graduate preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or telecom environment
- Basic technical knowledge about cable services and internet connectivity
- Ability to multitask, navigate multiple systems, and problem-solve in real-time
- Willingness to work shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Must be a resident of Bacolod or willing to relocate
