Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct high-level technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients to showcase cybersecurity and network capabilities.
- Analyze complex client requirements and design customized technical solutions that align with business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams and engineering departments to ensure accurate and compelling proposals.
- Prepare and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with detailed technical documentation.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, emerging security threats, and network technologies to provide informed recommendations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries during the sales cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in a presales, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and modern cybersecurity frameworks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, Security+) are highly preferred.
