Specializing in either IT Cloud Infrastructure or Cybersecurity solutions, you will play a pivotal role in translating complex technical requirements into compelling value propositions for our enterprise clients.
In this role, you will work closely with the sales team to provide technical expertise, conduct high-impact product demonstrations, and design architecture solutions that align with client business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business requirements.
- Design and architect scalable IT Cloud or Cybersecurity solutions tailored to client needs.
- Deliver high-impact, persuasive technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Prepare comprehensive technical proposals, RFI/RFP responses, and Proof of Concept (PoC) plans.
- Act as the primary technical advisor during the sales cycle, bridging the gap between engineering and sales teams.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitive landscapes to provide strategic insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with post-sales teams to ensure a smooth transition and successful project implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Presales, Solutions Architect, or technical consulting role.
- Deep technical expertise in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) OR Cybersecurity frameworks and tools.
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing complex RFP/RFI responses and technical sales cycles.
- Industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are highly preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
