Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer security requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations for C-suite and technical stakeholders.
  • Design tailored security architectures and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions to address specific client challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop winning proposals and bid responses (RFP/RFI).
  • Provide expert technical guidance to customers throughout the pre-sales cycle.
  • Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, market trends, and competitive offerings.
  • Act as the primary technical advisor during strategic negotiations.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Presales or Solutions Architecture role within the Security domain.
  • Deep understanding of network security, endpoint protection, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IAM solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-value outcomes.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
  • Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific security certs are highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated success in managing complex technical sales cycles.
