Tanggung Jawab
- Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer security requirements and pain points.
- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and technical presentations for C-suite and technical stakeholders.
- Design tailored security architectures and Proof of Concept (PoC) solutions to address specific client challenges.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop winning proposals and bid responses (RFP/RFI).
- Provide expert technical guidance to customers throughout the pre-sales cycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest cybersecurity threats, market trends, and competitive offerings.
- Act as the primary technical advisor during strategic negotiations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Presales or Solutions Architecture role within the Security domain.
- Deep understanding of network security, endpoint protection, cloud security (AWS/Azure/GCP), and IAM solutions.
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business-value outcomes.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence technical decision-makers.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or vendor-specific security certs are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex technical sales cycles.
