In this role, you will act as the technical bridge between client requirements and cutting-edge technology, playing a pivotal role in the design and delivery of robust cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.
As a Presales Engineer, you will work closely with the sales department to provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process, including conducting product demonstrations, scoping requirements, and drafting compelling technical proposals. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer requirements and propose tailored IT solutions.
- Design high-level architecture for cloud, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects.
- Conduct professional technical presentations and product demonstrations for prospective enterprise clients.
- Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including SOWs (Statements of Work) and solution designs.
- Manage Proof of Concept (POC) engagements to validate technical feasibility and solution alignment.
- Support the sales cycle by addressing complex technical inquiries and overcoming technical objections.
- Coordinate with internal engineering teams to ensure seamless transition from pre-sales design to post-sales implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a Presales or Solutions Architecture role within an SI or IT services environment.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and Hybrid infrastructure.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, enterprise networking, and data center solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technology trends.
- Industry certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified, CISSP) are highly preferred.
