Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client business requirements to design tailored IT infrastructure solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling technical proposals, RFPs, and RFQs to prospective clients.
- Lead product demonstrations and proof-of-concept (PoC) testing to validate solution capabilities.
- Collaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, and technical teams to ensure solution feasibility.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technology standards, and product roadmaps.
- Assist in the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead qualification to contract closure.
- Provide technical training and support to the sales and support teams.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components, including networks, servers, cloud, and security.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- High level of motivation to upskill and grow within the Solution Architect track.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards learning new technologies.
