Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the pre-sales process, including technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution architecture design
- Develop and deliver compelling technical proposals and responses to RFPs/RFIs
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Ramco's solutions effectively
- Provide technical expertise during customer meetings and assist in closing complex deals
- Work with product development teams to gather customer feedback and influence product roadmap
- Train and mentor junior pre-sales team members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Develop and maintain sales tools, including presentations, whitepapers, and competitive battlecards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture roles
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, particularly in cloud or mobile solutions
- Strong technical aptitude with ability to understand complex software architectures
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience in managing pre-sales teams and developing junior team members
- Deep knowledge of enterprise software markets and industry trends
- Certification in relevant technologies or sales methodologies is a plus
