As a key member of our presales team, you'll collaborate with product development, marketing, and sales to ensure our solutions align with market demands. You'll conduct product demonstrations, prepare technical proposals, and provide expert guidance throughout the sales cycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Analyze customer requirements and design appropriate ICT solutions
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and solution architecture documents
- Collaborate with sales team to develop winning strategies and overcome technical objections
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions
- Work closely with product development teams to provide customer feedback
- Support the implementation phase to ensure successful solution deployment
- Develop and maintain technical collateral and competitive analysis materials
Kualifikasi
- 3-5 years of presales engineer experience in the ICT industry
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of telecommunications infrastructure and solutions
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Experience with solution design for enterprise customers
- Familiarity with cloud services, networking technologies, and digital transformation
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Cisco, AWS, Microsoft) are advantageous
