Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical sales, or solution architecture role
  • Strong knowledge of document imaging, content management, and information workflow solutions
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Experience with solution selling methodologies and consultative sales approaches
  • Proficiency in creating technical documentation, proposals, and solution architectures
  • Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, or document management systems) are a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, cross-functional team
