Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the preschool branch, ensuring compliance with Ministry of Education regulations and internal policies.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high-quality delivery of the early childhood curriculum.
- Manage centre enrollment, student records, and inquiry follow-ups to maintain healthy occupancy rates.
- Foster a positive and collaborative school culture for children, parents, and staff.
- Oversee centre maintenance, safety protocols, and cleanliness to provide a secure learning environment.
- Coordinate school events, parent-teacher conferences, and community engagement activities.
- Manage branch budget, procurement of supplies, and monthly financial reporting.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an early childhood education setting, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices and preschool curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with parents and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks, including MS Office and student management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
