The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a dedicated and experienced Preschool Centre Principal to lead our educational institution in the East Region. As the Preschool Centre Principal, you will be responsible for the overall management and strategic direction of our preschool, ensuring the delivery of high-quality early childhood education programs. You will play a pivotal role in creating a nurturing, stimulating, and safe learning environment for young children while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, a passion for early childhood education, and the ability to foster positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations of the preschool centre, ensuring smooth functioning of all activities
- Develop, implement, and evaluate age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with educational standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, licensing, and accreditation standards
- Manage and mentor teaching staff, providing professional development opportunities
- Handle budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for the centre
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and the community
- Monitor and assess student progress and implement appropriate interventions
- Stay updated on current trends and best practices in early childhood education
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education Leadership (DECCE-L) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in early childhood education, with at least 2 years in leadership role
- Valid certification in early childhood education and relevant teaching credentials
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and educational methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Proven ability to manage staff, budgets, and resources effectively
- Experience with regulatory compliance and licensing requirements
