- Oversee centre operations including staff management, budgeting, and regulatory compliance
- Develop, implement, and monitor curriculum aligned with ECDA standards and best practices
- Lead teaching teams through mentorship, professional development, and performance evaluation
- Build strong relationships with parents, children, and community stakeholders
- Ensure safety, health, and welfare protocols are rigorously maintained
- Drive centre enrollment and enhance reputation through community engagement
- Stay current with early childhood education trends and implement innovative practices
Kualifikasi
- ECDA certification in leadership or equivalent early childhood credentials
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in early childhood education with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven track record in curriculum development and centre operations
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Financial literacy including budget management and resource allocation
- Passion for fostering inclusive, developmentally-appropriate learning environments
