- Supervise daily operations and ensure a safe, nurturing environment for all children.
- Implement and monitor educational curricula to meet developmental milestones.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and center activities.
- Manage and mentor childcare staff, conducting regular performance reviews.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with local childcare regulations.
- Handle shift rotations as required to ensure continuous center coverage.
- Participate in professional development and training sessions to enhance leadership skills.
Kualifikasi
- Relevant Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualification or diploma.
- LON (Location of Need) certification is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and management experience in a preschool setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including shift rotations.
- Certificate in First Aid and Basic Life Support (preferred).
- Valid work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore (if applicable).
- Passion for child development and a commitment to high-quality care.
