Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement engaging age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment for all children.
- Monitor and document each child's developmental progress through regular assessments.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding children's daily activities and progress.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to organize school events and enrichment activities.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards as per ECDA regulations.
- Provide attentive care and support for the physical and emotional well-being of the children.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECCE), DPT, or CPT.
- Certification as an L1, L2, EY1, or EY2 teacher as recognized by ECDA.
- Strong passion for early childhood development and education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage classroom dynamics.
- Candidates with prior experience in preschool or childcare settings are highly preferred.
