Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop comprehensive art and creative learning curriculums tailored to preschool age groups.
- Train and mentor preschool teachers on effective creative teaching techniques and lesson delivery.
- Organize and supervise art exhibitions, creative play activities, and hands-on workshops.
- Assess student progress in creative expression and provide constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with management to procure high-quality art materials and resources.
- Create engaging lesson plans that integrate artistic expression into daily learning routines.
- Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized classroom environment conducive to creativity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in preschool or early childhood education settings.
- Strong passion for art, design, and fostering creativity in young children.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with students and parents.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
