Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula aligned with early childhood education standards
- Create engaging lesson plans promoting cognitive, social, emotional and physical development
- Document children's progress through observations, portfolios and parent communications
- Design stimulating classroom environments with hands-on learning materials
- Collaborate with teaching team on thematic units and cultural activities
- Organize outdoor play, art projects, and sensory exploration activities
- Partner with parents to support individual learning goals and family engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teaching certification/license (recognized in Indonesia)
- Minimum 2 years experience teaching preschool-aged children
- Strong understanding of child development principles and play-based learning
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Creative lesson planning abilities with cultural sensitivity
- Certification in first aid and child safety protocols
- Experience working in multicultural/international educational settings
