Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute developmentally appropriate teaching and learning activities aligned to the relevant curricula frameworks.
- Provide high-quality caregiving and supervision to ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
- Observe and document children's progress, skills, and interests to inform future planning and communication with parents.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow educators and management to maintain a cohesive and high-quality learning center.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and daily activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Relevant Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) certification and training.
- Valid Working with Children (WWC) clearance (if applicable to jurisdiction).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with both children and adults.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage a classroom effectively.
- Passion for early childhood development and a patient, caring demeanor.
