- Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities aligned with preschool curriculum standards
- Monitor children's developmental progress and maintain detailed observation records
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool or childcare setting
- Valid certification in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE)
- Strong understanding of child development principles and age-appropriate practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to design creative and engaging learning activities
- Patience, empathy, and genuine passion for working with young children
- Basic knowledge of classroom management techniques
