Are you a passionate educator dedicated to shaping the future of young minds? The Supreme HR Advisory is seeking a highly motivated Preschool English Language Teacher (L2 Certified) to join our partner preschools in the East Region of Singapore. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in cultivating a language-rich environment that sparks curiosity, fosters literacy, and supports the holistic development of our students.
As an Early Childhood professional, you will design engaging lesson plans, facilitate interactive learning sessions, and partner closely with parents to ensure every child reaches their developmental milestones. We are looking for someone with a genuine love for teaching and a creative approach to early childhood pedagogy.
Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver creative English language lessons tailored to the developmental needs of preschoolers.
- Create an engaging and safe classroom environment that encourages language acquisition and social-emotional growth.
- Document student progress through regular assessments and observational reporting.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to implement holistic curriculum standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with parents regarding children’s daily activities and milestones.
- Ensure compliance with early childhood safety and hygiene regulations.
- Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that welcomes children from diverse backgrounds.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent.
- Must hold L2 Certification from ECDA (Early Childhood Development Agency).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a preschool setting is preferred.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate about early childhood education and student-centered learning.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and classroom management capabilities.
