Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for Nursery to Pre-K students
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure holistic student development
- Organize and conduct educational activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and development
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Valid teaching license/certification for preschool education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in early childhood education
- Knowledge of international preschool curriculum standards
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin
- Patience, creativity, and passion for working with young children
- Ability to create an inclusive and culturally diverse learning environment
