Tanggung Jawab
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for infants and preschool-aged children
- Monitor children's progress and maintain detailed records of their development and achievements
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's daily activities, progress, and any concerns
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create a cohesive educational experience for all children
- Ensure the classroom environment is clean, organized, and meets safety standards
- Participate in staff training, workshops, and professional development opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Valid certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education)
- Previous experience working with infants and/or preschool-aged children preferred
- Strong understanding of child development principles and early childhood education methodologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Patience, creativity, and genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a teaching team
