Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curricula that stimulate learning and creativity in young children.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents regarding their child's development.
- Communicate effectively with parents through daily updates, meetings, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the classroom and learning materials.
- Foster social skills and emotional regulation through guided play and structured activities.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Certificate in Early Childhood Education.
- Valid working status in Malaysia.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
- Certificate in First Aid is highly preferred.
- Experience with Malaysian preschool curriculum is a plus.
