Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the preschool curriculum and learning goals.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and safe classroom environment that encourages social and emotional development.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to parents regarding their child's growth.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to plan school activities, events, and field trips.
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, reports, and daily updates to discuss student progress.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating learning space that reflects the school's values.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (S1 Pendidikan) or a related field.
- Valid teaching certification or license (SKPI/SKSG) is preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and learning through play.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
