Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration
- Monitor and assess student progress through observation, documentation, and developmental assessments
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, progress, and classroom activities
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a consistent and high-quality educational experience
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher conferences, and professional development activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and other required documentation
- Incorporate play-based learning approaches and hands-on activities to enhance engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or equivalent qualification in early childhood education
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and patient with a passion for working with young children
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate lesson plans
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English (preferred for international curriculum)
