- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
- Monitor and document children's developmental progress and learning outcomes
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and school activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain curriculum consistency and quality
- Organize and conduct educational activities promoting social, emotional, and cognitive growth
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development workshops
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Teaching certification (e.g., PGCE, Montessori, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in preschool/kindergarten setting
- Strong understanding of child development principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning needs
- First aid and CPR certification
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous
