Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum focused on Mandarin language acquisition and early childhood development.
- Create a stimulating, safe, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration and social interaction.
- Observe, assess, and document the developmental progress of each child to tailor individual learning experiences.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress, daily activities, and any concerns.
- Foster a positive school culture by modeling enthusiasm for learning and maintaining a high standard of classroom management.
- Prepare engaging teaching materials and lesson plans that align with the center's educational philosophy.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events to contribute to the continuous improvement of the center.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing) is essential.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is highly preferred.
- Passion for teaching young children and a patient, nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic educational environment.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Previous experience in a preschool setting is an advantage.
