Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality phonics and reading instruction to preschool-aged children using interactive and age-appropriate methods.
- Develop and implement creative lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Monitor and assess student progress to identify learning needs and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity and confidence.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student development, achievements, and behavioral updates.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to plan school events and curriculum activities.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Early Childhood Education, TESOL, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience teaching phonics or working in a preschool setting is a strong advantage.
- Strong command of the English language with excellent pronunciation and communication skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to manage a classroom effectively and maintain a positive learning atmosphere.
- Certificate in First Aid or Childcare is an added advantage.
