Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage preschool operations, staff development, and curriculum implementation
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) regulations
- Develop and execute strategic plans for educational quality and operational efficiency
- Build positive relationships with parents, staff, and community stakeholders
- Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and facility maintenance
- Implement innovative teaching methodologies and staff training programs
- Monitor child development progress and enhance parent communication systems
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Pre-school Education - Leadership (DPE-L) or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's ECDA regulations and frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curricula
- Experience in staff management, training, and professional development
