As the Head of School, you will oversee daily operations, curriculum implementation, and community engagement. You will be responsible for upholding the school's reputation for excellence, ensuring that every child receives a high-quality education foundation. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and vision for the preschool, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
- Manage daily school operations, including administrative oversight and facility management.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff to ensure high standards of instruction.
- Develop and implement innovative early childhood curricula that foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and the wider school community.
- Ensure compliance with all educational regulations and safety standards.
- Oversee student enrollment and monitor student developmental progress.
- Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and professional school culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership or administrative role within a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development theories and modern teaching methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in both Indonesian and English.
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail regarding operational logistics.
- Proven track record in driving school excellence and improving student outcomes.
