Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Montessori-based lesson plans aligned with early childhood development standards
- Create a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that promotes exploration
- Observe and document children's progress, preparing detailed developmental reports
- Foster social-emotional growth through conflict resolution and group activities
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development and classroom activities
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain consistent educational approaches
- Participate in school events and continuous professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or Child Development
- Montessori certification or equivalent training preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in preschool teaching
- Fluency in English; Mandarin proficiency required for language teaching roles
- Strong understanding of child psychology and developmental milestones
- Creative lesson planning abilities with hands-on learning focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
