- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early learning standards
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes social, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor children's progress and document developmental milestones
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's growth
- Organize creative activities including arts, music, and outdoor play

Kualifikasi
- Strong personal faith in Christ and commitment to Christian education
- Recognized Bachelor's degree (preferably in Early Childhood Education)
- Genuine passion for teaching young children (ages 3-5)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative lesson planning abilities with child-centered approach
- Patience, adaptability, and positive classroom management
- Basic understanding of early childhood development principles
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
