Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development
- Create a positive, engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning
- Monitor and document children's progress through regular assessments and portfolio development
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's development, achievements, and concerns
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain consistency in curriculum delivery
- Organize and participate in school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
- Stay current with early childhood education best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children
- Valid teaching certification or license in early childhood education
- Strong knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and curriculum development
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
- Patience, empathy, and genuine love for working with young children
