Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages social interaction and emotional growth.
- Monitor and assess student progress regularly to tailor teaching methods and provide constructive feedback.
- Communicate effectively and regularly with parents regarding their child’s development and daily activities.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and staff to plan school events, field trips, and extracurricular activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom setting, including preparing educational materials and visual aids.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field is preferred.
- Valid teaching certification or diploma in preschool education.
- Previous experience working in a preschool, daycare, or childcare setting is highly desirable.
- Strong patience, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage children through creative, interactive, and play-based teaching methods.
- CPR and First Aid certification (if applicable) is a plus.
