Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with our early childhood curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment that encourages student participation and exploration.
- Monitor and document individual student progress through regular assessments and developmental observations.
- Foster strong, transparent communication with parents regarding student achievements, behavior, and daily activities.
- Manage classroom logistics, ensuring all learning materials are organized and educational resources are effectively utilized.
- Collaborate with fellow teaching staff to organize school events, thematic projects, and extracurricular activities.
- Provide attentive care and supervision to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of all students.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience as a Preschool Teacher or Assistant Teacher.
- Strong understanding of child development theories and age-appropriate teaching methodologies.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- High level of patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to diverse classroom needs.
- Clean criminal record and a commitment to maintaining high standards of child safety and hygiene.
